Spent this snowy Saturday talking with several brides-to-be who were taking advantage of having to stay indoors by doing some wedding planning!

Wrapped up the afternoon with a super fun snow tubing session with my fiance' at the local sledding hot spot, which got me thinking about the last time I was on that hill.

Lindsay and Jason were up for adventuring when it came to their engagement sessions. Early on, after they booked me to photograph their May wedding, the bride and I decided it would be fun to do an engagement session "for all four seasons." The plan was to meet for 4 different photo shoots, one for each season, when the weather was at its peak.

For winter, the third engagement session, we of course had to wait for it to SNOW. Lindsay and I had a plan in advance that once the first flake fell, we would call each other immediately. When the snow started falling, we made plans to meet up the next afternoon. Unlike many Grooms, Jason was up for anything- including having Lindsay throw snow on him! What ultimately came out of this session was not only a FUN afternoon, but some of my most favorite winter engagement photos!
